The National Observatory brings together key national stakeholders to foster dialogue, knowledge exchange, and cooperation on the transposition and implementation of Article 11 of the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED). It aims to strengthen collaboration within the national ecosystem of energy audits and energy management systems.
The meetings and activities involve national and regional institutions, the private sector, academia and professional associations, ensuring a strong and inclusive platform to support and enhance the regulatory and operational framework related to the EED.
