The Maltese National Observatory unites the main actors involved in energy audits and energy management systems across the country. Its purpose is to encourage active cooperation, knowledge exchange, and dialogue on implementing and aligning with Article 11 of the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED). By fostering collaboration among stakeholders, the Observatory contributes to advancing Malta’s shift toward greater energy efficiency and long-term sustainability.
