The German National Observatory is part of the LEAPto11 project and brings together key stakeholders to support the effective implementation of Article 11 of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive.

The German National Observatory is part of the LEAPto11 project and brings together key stakeholders to support the effective implementation of Article 11 of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive. It focuses on improving the use of data from energy audits and energy management systems, fostering collaboration, and sharing best practices to enhance energy efficiency in Germany.
