The National Observatory in Croatia aims to be a permanent, multi-stakeholder platform to support the implementation and improvement of Energy Audits (EAs) and Energy Management Systems (EnMS). It brings together policymakers, professional associations, financial institutions, business groups, academia, and research bodies to foster dialogue, share knowledge, and promote best practices.
The NO aims to enhance the quality, support, and promotion of EAs and EnMS by facilitating data collection and analysis, producing strategic recommendations, and raising awareness. Its activities are aligned with the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED), focusing on both mandatory obligations for enterprises and voluntary programs, ensuring national relevance while contributing to international coordination.
