Introduction
The Slovak Innovation and Energy Agency (SIEA) hosted the first meeting of the National Observatory as part of the LEAPto11 project. The meeting focused on the mission and role of the Observatory, the current state of implementation of Article 8 of the original Energy Efficiency Directive (EED), and discussions around Slovakia’s draft proposal for implementing the revised Article 11 of the 2023 EED recast.
