Energy audits and energy management systems in line with Article 11 of the revised EED
Introduction
The first meeting of the Portuguese National Observatory was held at the ADENE headquarters. The National Observatory aims to bring together key national stakeholders to foster dialogue, knowledge exchange, and cooperation on the transposition and implementation of Article 11 of the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED).
This inaugural session provided an overview of the LEAPto11 project and the role of the National Observatory, introduced the new regulatory framework, and created space for open discussion among stakeholders. The meeting also served to collect feedback and identify the next steps for strengthening collaboration within the national ecosystem of energy audits and energy management systems.
Attendance
A total of 11 participants took part in the Portuguese National Observatory 1st Meeting. This marked an important step towards closer collaboration between public entities, companies, and experts, paving the way for the effective implementation of the new Directive in Portugal.
